Cazenovia Recovery provides residential treatment, support services, and housing to people with substance use disorders in Western New York.

Other than the Housing programs, each program is OASAS-certified.

Housing Program

Shelter + Care

Independent apartments with supportive case management services located in Niagara County. Primary services include housing assistance, independent living development, and vocational and employment assistance. This program is filled through Coordinated Entry.

For men and women, 18 and older.
DSS, HUD and State contracts.

Madonna House

Intensive Residential Rehabilitaton

Located in Lockport, NY for up to 16 women. This is a highly structured program suitable for individuals who are either new to recovery or need additional assistance in maintaining their recovery due to a recent reoccurrence. Primary services include one-on-one counseling, group counseling, vocational and educational preparation, and daily living skills training.

18 and older (children must be 4 or younger).
For up to 16 women and their children

Somerset House

Congregate Reintegration

Congregate Reintegration Program in Appleton, NY for up to 17 women in recovery. Primary services include one-on-one counseling, group counseling, vocational and educational preparation, and daily living skills training.

For women in recovery, 18 and older.
DSS and State contracts.
Sliding fees when needed.
Also accepts Medicaid Managed Care Plans.

Sundram Manor

Congregate Reintegration

Located in Niagara Falls, NY for up to 17 men in recovery. Primary services include one-on-one counseling, group counseling, vocational and educational preparation, and daily living skills training.

For men, 18 and older.
DSS and State contracts.
Sliding fees when needed.
Also accepts Medicaid Managed Care Plans.

Supportive Living

Step Toward Success

Scattered-Site Reintegration program of temporary apartments suitable for individuals working to continue their recovery but still need a degree of support. Primary services include one-on-one counseling, group counseling and vocational and assistance.

For men, women, and parents with children, 18 and older (children must be 4 or younger).
DSS and State contracts.
Sliding fees when needed.
